Born and raised in Levelland, Texas, Charles Stewart, D.D.S., MDIV graduated salutatorian of his high school class. He was appointed to the United States Air Force Academy, graduating in 1973 as a second lieutenant. Dr. Stewart then enrolled at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. In 1978, he graduated sixth in his class and went on to study at the Carswell Air Force Base in 1979, where he completed a one-year general practice residency program. After his residency, Dr. Stewart returned to Houston’s University of Texas Dental Branch in 1980 to train in orthodontics.
Dr. Stewart and his wife, Mary Lynn, have been happily married since 1973. They have four children, and all of them work in the office: Bryan, who graduated from Baylor University is the clinical manager, Laurie, a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University is the front office manager, Chase, who graduated from Baylor University is the manager of marketing and business affairs and Dr. Scott, who graduated from Baylor University and completed his dental training at UT San Antonio. In Dr. Stewart’s spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Scott Stewart is Dr. Stewart’s youngest son. Dr. Scott attended Baylor University for his undergraduate, and then completed his dental training at the University of Texas in San Antonio. Dr. Scott has spent the past three years serving in Memphis at Christ Community Health Services. Scott’s passion is to serve the community with the talents the Lord has blessed him with. Scott will split his time working at the office and volunteering at The Mercy Clinic in Fort Worth, which provides free healthcare to the underserved communities. Scott lives in south Fort Worth with his wife Ashley and two children, Clara & Boaz. We are excited to welcome Dr. Scott Stewart back home as a great addition to the Stewart Ortho family.
Stewart Family Orthodontics is truly a family business. Our office stresses the importance of family because it means so much to us personally. Three of Dr. Stewart’s children work alongside him in the office. His oldest son Bryan, serves as the office’s clinical manager. His daughter Laurie is the front office manager, and Chase, Dr. Stewart’s middle son, handles all of the marketing and business relations. Dr. Stewart’s youngest, Scott, is currently attending dental school with hopes of joining his father as the next orthodontist at the office.

I am Dr Stewart’s oldest son and have worked alongside him for last 15 years. As the clinical manager, I am Dr Stewart’s righthand man. I help him with all phases of treatment for our patients starting with the initial consultation continuing through to the final appointment when we take the braces off. I have the pleasure to be one of the first people to introduce you to our office and share with you what we are all about.
I love keeping up with the latest trends and technology in the field to keep our office up to date and on the cutting edge of orthodontics. Straightening teeth is a blend of engineering and artistic ability, both of which are disciplines that I have always gravitated towards. Seeing a beautiful smile is very rewarding to me and I am thankful to have a job that I love and to work with my family as well as a wonderful staff. We want you to be as proud of your smile as we are.
I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Psychology and I bleed green and gold! I live in Aledo with my wife Lindsay and two kids Brody and Laney. We love the Parker County community and are blessed to be a part of it! We are on the pioneer team at Christ Chapel Bible Church’s West Campus and love our church family as well. When I am not in the office I enjoy hunting and fishing, Rangers baseball and Baylor Athletics! Sic’em Bears!
I am Dr Stewart’s only daughter and have worked for him since 2008. I have a background in retail management and when I had an opportunity to come into the family business, I could not think of a better place to work! As the front office manager you will see me in many different roles. Whether its going over financials or helping you spend your orthobucks at our prize cabinet, I love getting to know and interact with all of our great families. We consider it a privilege to serve the families of this community.
I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a degree in business management and have been putting it to good use ever since. My husband and I have three children, Ella, Emma and Jake; and we live in south Fort Worth. In our spare time we enjoy spending time with family and friends and relaxing at the lake.
I am Dr. Stewart’s middle son and I have been at Stewart Family Orthodontics since 2009. It’s been a real privilege to work in Weatherford with such a great community around us. I handle all of our office’s marketing and business activities in addition to working in the lab. If your school or team is in need of sponsors, I am the one to talk to. We are always happy to support our community where we can.
My wife Leslie and I both graduated from Baylor University in 2007 from the Professional Selling program. We have two children, Hunter and Lydia. When not at the office, I enjoy spending time hunting, fishing, playing/watching sports and traveling.
The Stewart Brand was designed to serve as the branding logo for Stewart Family Orthodontics. Designed by the family, our brand was developed to express a few of the ideals of our family and office. The branding iron styled logo is to represent not only our Texas heritage, but also Dr. Stewart’s passion for raising cattle. The S represents the four members of the Stewart family; Dr. Stewart, his two sons Bryan and Chase, and his daughter Laurie. At the bottom of the S, you will see a fish symbol. This fish is the Christian ichthus. The ichthus in Greek, translates IXOYE to “Jesus Christ, God’s Son, Savior”. As a Christian family, we strive to live and operate our office through Christian principles. Our purpose is to glorify God in all that we do.

I have worked in the orthodontic field for 18 years and 17 1/2 have been with Dr. Stewart. I remember as a teenager the huge impact that having braces had on my appearance and self-esteem. I love seeing confidence blossom as our patients smiles are transformed. I am married and have 2 grown step-children, 3 grandchildren and many furry children. In my spare time I enjoy visiting amusement and water parks, seeing movies and quilting.
I have worked for Dr. Stewart for 11 years and love our patients here. I really enjoy getting to know each of our patients and forming relationships that make their treatment a more fun experience! I have 2 sons, one who graduated from UT, go Longhorns, and the other from UNT. I am so proud of them! I enjoy going to plays, movies and car shows as well as listening to live music.
I have worked in orthodontics for 12 years and I absolutely love what I do. Making beautiful smiles is so rewarding. I am thankful for a wonderful place to work and a great team to be a part of. I am a very detail-oriented person so orthodontics is a perfect fit for me. I love spending time with my husband watching our 2 daughters play sports. I also love the San Francisco 49ers and cheering for the Rangers.
I have worked in the dental field for 18 years and really love what I do. I am proud to have received a plaque from the American Orthodontic Society in 1999 for teaching wire bending at their Distinguished Lecture Series. I am an American Heart Association certified instructor and I teach BLS CPR. Being a part of the team at Stewart Family Orthodontics is fun and fulfilling. I live in Parker County and love living out in the country and enjoy outdoor activities like fishing. I enjoy spending time with my 2 labradors, frogs and my parrot Jade.
I joined the Stewart Ortho family in 2014. I have over 20 years of experience in the orthodontic field and I truly enjoy each and every aspect of it. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters who both keep us super busy with sports, and we love every minute of it. I love being part of such an amazing team and look forward to meeting you.
